Who care about what a fugitive Sam Rainsy says? As a convicted criminal, he tries to lie to the people as much as he can, but most Khmer people inside the country won't fool with his word. Only his extremely supporters are still believe his lying.

just a warning to the public that Khmer sovannaphimi ( PANG SOKHEOUN) n Sokuthear Som have been hacking n stealing someone facebook'ids without their consent, now a report indicate that both of them still very active, n is continueing to hack someone accounts again....it is very clear that both of them are intended to deceive or mislead the public about their evil activities....so please watch out for both of those con-people...
A con man Pang Sokhoeun Aka Khmer Sovannaphumi in facebook has mental problem. He is doing and will do anything to con the public aim to cover up his ugly face. if he dares to step in Cambodia's soil, his head will be dropped off from his shoulder.
