If someone wrote that ‘The Khmer Language Is Dying.’, oh, man, it has triggered a barrage of comments, pros and cons, altogether is [183].

But, if someone wrote that ‘Srok Khmer Is Dying.’ e.g. by a famous poem of Spean Tep, oh man, it generates only 57 comments. Why is that?

This is the dirty strategy from Thai Game. It’s a Game, give ground to get ground, if we let them free next time thugs PAD will be in Preah Vihear or in Siem Reap. No one wants to have problem with Thai, and Thai MPs, they know the laws, boundary very clearly, but they do it to gain something. Hun Sen is smarter than those who used to call him “AH” or “idiot, chhker, AH kwak, or Kbot Jeat, or Ah Yorng Yuon, or AH Phleor”. Any way stop call people “AH AH AH”. Intellectual people never call their son “Ah Ah”, so why so many smarts in KI call Hun Sen Ah, I doubt about these people, are they being brainwashed? He who serves the Khmer Rouge and kills millions of Khmers, those are truly “Kbot Jeat and idiot”. This is the result of flare up along the border which is used by our Thai enemy to wage war, all Cambodia army prepared to defend our nation.

Sam Rainsy went to the Viet boder, it clearly means that KEEP VIET away from helping KHMER if the Thais are going to attack Khmer. We clearly, clearly, and clearly see Rainsy is absolutely wrong, why not do it early or later but not during Thai waging war against us. In war they win the mind, mind, mind first, they fight our alliance first and then they separate or divided our people or make us disunited. They make people Hate, Hate, and Hate their own leader or, in other words (leader HUN Sen should or must surround himself with love and unity with the people of all sides, from the bottom all the way up. All people should not only love our leader but they must dare sacrifice our life to die without regret to win wars or to be stronger, that’s what it take to survive), and kill the leader and next to fight five cities.

Now we clearly see that our enemy, the Thais, always, always and always uses dirty trick to divide and make Khmer weaker, weaker , and weaker(to create an advantage opportunity to attack), and some Khmers are trapped in that trick. We Hated Hun Sen, our leader, he is not 100 percent perfect, but he bring unity, peace, democracy, and built more than 20,000 schools, that produce 460,000 students each year, ten years it will be 4,600,000 smarter students, what else a leader should do?

Stop the (Ghost), those ghost are : hatred, division, separation and anger, among Khmer any, any, and any Khmer.

Writing to express and tell the world

It’s an honour for me that KI Media has reposted my favourite writing to express the love and loyalty towards my mother land SROK KHMER under the title ”Samnawk Meada or Mother’s lament” . Not just with my piece of writing, but with most sensitive articles in relation to human rights abuses, I’ve learnt so much from the bloggers’ comments on both, positive and negatives responses. I read all comments with great interest, equally on the positives and negatives, by trying to understand individual expression on personal interest and reflection, the objective or subjective inputs to the issues are being debated. And I do believe many readers of this blog would do the same as me. As the blog has served the Khmer community all over the world, every piece of contribution has become an instrumental for self expression and reflection.

I personally find all articles posted in KI Media have been well selected by its administrative team to incite debate and encourage critical thinking on issues pertaining to Cambodia and Khmer people. On the one hand it promotes and shares the issues of concern in an open discussion forum through a democratic conscientious dialogue. Unfortunately on the other hand, it attracts many undesired elements who just want to exploit and use the forum for their personal needs and agenda. Very frequently the participation of expressing viewpoints has been distracted by profaned language and paradigms of nuisance. However I am very please for the sensible decision and action being taken by the team, to largely obliterate such negative actions, which is a testimony to demonstrate their principle and ethical values the team uphold.

I urge every participant who has contributed the knowledge and viewpoints to this discussion forum, to uphold the same values as the team, and abide by the rules they have established in order to show our self respect and the respect to them in making your writing to be more beneficial and practical to the Khmer community as a whole. In doing so, we not just shape ourselves to be a genuine caring individual but also to be a part of the cause to change the situation in Cambodia, from unscrupulous and daunting leadership to a common goal for a better and desirable governance. We share our local and worldviews through our freedom of expression with our writing, and consequently we are able to show our gratitude and appreciation to the relentless effort and dedication of the team, thus we are an indisputable reader and participant in the discussion forum.

There is a proverb that many Cambodians are familiar with and it goes something like this:

If you want to survive, you must be willing to die.

Sihanouk's letter of congratulations to PM Hun Sen for his accomplishment in the development of the country runs contrary to the realities faced by Cambodians, especially the poor people who make up the majority of Cambodians.

Hun Sen is not that stupid as to believe in the sincerity of the letter; however, he does not have to worry that Sihanouk will turn against him in the future. In fact Hun Sen is happy that he has put Sihanouk in a position of becoming a loyal, though not really willing, supporter.

As young Cambodians continue to be more educated and the people of Cambodia begin to realize, though slowly, the uselessness of the royal institution and the willingness of this institution not to serve as a check and balance in order to protect the interests of the country, its people and destiny, but rather a willing accomplice of the current executive who mismanages the country, the monarchy will slowly die in disgrace.

It is Sihanouk and the current Monarch, Himself who will eventually deal a dead blow to this institution and nobody else.

Through their lack of courage to fulfill their role and duty as guaranteed and expected under the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the current King and his father keep Cambodian monarchy alive in body, but dead in mind, soul and purposes in Cambodia through the mercy of Hun Sen and his clique rather than through its real purpose of existence. Thus the Cambodian monarchy will eventually perish and nobody will miss it.

Some Khmers think they can write and start to flood the internet with garbage opinion pieces that are just embarrassing, annoying, and give bad image to Khmer.

On top of that they think they are doing Khmer a service and claim to represent Khmer. I'm just speechless.
