Opposition leader Sam Rainsy explained the reason why he said that he was open to a coalition government with the CPP after the 2008 election: he wants to curb the intimidation by the CPP on the population. Sam Rainsy told The Cambodia Daily on Tuesday that his announcement that his (party) would be open to working with the CPP is intended to thwart the CPP tactic which claims that if the SRP wins the election, the country will face civil war. Therefore, Sam Rainsy has to announce that if his party wins the election, he is open to a coalition government with the CPP in order to lower the level of fear within the CPP. Khieu Kanharith, government spokesman, denied that the CPP ever talked about civil war if the SRP wins the election, however, he said that that CPP claimed that if the SRP wins, the country will face instability. Khieu Kanharith said that instability is not civil war. The instability would be caused by the fact that the SRP would be taking drastic measures to change everything.

If the CPP loses the election and wants the control of the government, civil war against its own people is the only tactic CPP knows better than any intellectual strategy. After all, their moto is "kill to be in control so that you can get rich, it doesn't matter if it's your own people". They did this one time and they got what they wanted. Therefore, they going to do it again because they always get paid at the end. Cambodia, be prepair for another civil by CPP which will be led by vietnam.
CPP will go to war no doubt about that but the CPP must be very careful to provoke any kind of war because the guns maybe point the way! ahahahhah!
