SRP MP Mu Sochua indicated that the intervention made by Heng Xamrin, the president of the National Assembly (NatAss), and by Ang Von Vattana, the minister of Justice, for Mrs. Dy Prim, Hun Xen’s cousin, in a corruption case a few months ago is coming out to light. She indicated that if such intervention takes place in any democratic countries, those who intervene would be sacked from their position.

Mrs. Mu Sochua, who is currently demanding that the NatAss returns her parliamentary immunity after all her fine had been paid off to Hun Xen in full since November 2010, told the Free Press Magazine (FPM) this morning that: “The interventions by the [two] leaders [above] in a corruption case is contrary to the rule of law and it is a dangerous and serious bias.” She added: “This type of people should not be left in the justice system, they should be removed. I regret that Mr. Ang Vong Vattana, who used to live in France, takes this kind of action, this is a violation of the [professional] ethics.”

Seng Yean, an official for the inspection division and parliament relation, and Mrs. Dy Prim, Hun Xen’s cousin on his mother side, were accused of corruption by accepting $200,000 [? The FPM reported only $20, a typo] from residents in Dangkao district, Phnom Penh city, in a land dispute case. The two were charged with corruption by the court, but the legal case has dragged in court for several years already. Recently, Heng Xamrin and Ang Vong Vattana sent letters to Hun Xen, trying to butter him up [by intervening for his cousin], asking the latter to drop the charges against Seng Yean and Dy Prim. Meanwhile, in the case of Mrs. Mu Sochua whose legal case concluded since November 2010, Ang Von Vattana never sent any letter to the NatAss to return her immunity back to her yet.

As you all can see some people are so stupid to put the above common, this Mike guy is really stupid doesn't know shit all.

Cambodia will need more people like you ( Ms. Mu Sochua ) just to let the traitors, dictator and corruption CPP know that democracy is till alive. We dear to speak out about the corruptions and the nepotism of the high ranking official like Hun Sen even though under the pressure that they might threaten us.

The traitors and dictator that run the country at the present time will destroy our Cambodian if no one say or do anything. We as the Cambodian should stand firm and fight for what we want and believe in. Only us stand together then we can succeed the victory.

For those traitors they can only see money, power, corruption and don't care any shit about Cambodia and her people. They rather turn themselves into slaves just to stay in power and get what they want.

that's right, sam rainsy is against cambodia prosperity, development, progress, etc! he seemed to always work against cambodia's economic advancement, etc! but thank god, often than not, he failed and cambodia keeps moving forward. sam rainsy is only good as activist, not politician or leader of cambodia; he's not good for cambodian leader! hope he changes his profession of wanted to be cambodia prime minister, people won't let him, that's the reality in cambodia. he is against cambodia growth, etc, how can khmer people in cambodia trust him, etc! he might not realize this, but he made hun sen the man he is today, tough, affirmative and decisive, unless sam rainsy, the backward thinking individual or activist. yes, sam rainy is only good as activist, not politician because he'll be a lonely politician in cambodia as he cannot work well with anyone in cambodia because of this bad attitude, his bias, etc, you know! people know this, don't think they don't know. sam rainsy has not done anything productive or good for cambodia and our people. of course, there are more to cambodia than sam rainsy and his trouble-making habit! if i were him, i rather be an economic adviser to cambodia, not a politician because he's profession is not fitted to be a khmer politician, you know! this man is narcissistic and only serve his own interest, forget the nation; he's not for the nation, he's for himself only, you know! may god always bless cambodia and khmer people and citizens who want the best for cambodia.
