Good gesture from the King does not mean his majesty agreed of evetything, the Cambodian constitution prevent his majesty. The only real absolute power king is Mr prime minister. I do not like monarchy but I like the present king he knew to be poor was so difficult because he used to be a refugee himself.
it is very sad to see people are suffering because of a stupid policy that the CCP created. while poor people suffered rich people are enjoyed themselves without thinking of when will be enough for them.
