Mrs. Ly Mom, a representative of Boeung Kak residents, told reporters that numerous resident representatives were forced into police trucks, but other residents attempted to pull them back out. However, Kong Chantha, a representative of the residents, was arrested and taken to the Phnom Penh police station, but she was later brought back by a UN OHCHR car.
Regarding this issue, Am Sam Ath, an official for the Licadho human rights group, who was conducting his investigation at the incident location, declared that the police violence against peaceful protesters is a human rights violation against people who live under a democratic regime.
Boeung Kak residents have protested on many occasions already following the government’s decision to give away 133-hectare of Boeung Kak area to the Shukaku Inc. for a 99-year lease. The Shukaku Inc. belongs the CPP tycoon-senator Lao Meng Khin.

Especially they the spirit house for blessing is completely being use every household as Youn/Viet and Chinese style. The Khmer style almost disappears from the Khmer ancient. That’s why I said ‘Khmer wanted to be Chinese and YOUN/Vietnamese.’ Khmer in Phnom Penh always looks down on Khmer from the countryside. Youn/Vietnamese and Chinese who care!...only you care is you want to be Chinese and YOUN/Viet, you seem to forget authentic Khmer cultures. Khmer will be vanished when more YOUN/Vietnamese and Chinese in Cambodia. You should take a look at Burmese. The people of Burma they won’t change their customs, I adore Burmese clothes. Am I a crasy people?How many people are now very confused with internal problems in SRP? I heard this problem of Eng Chhay Ieng saga for a longtimes ago that was why, Mr Rong Chhun group, Chea Mony group have distanced themselves from SRP. In politic, you must afford to loose your old members. It is a rela damaged to your party. In this incidence of Mr Mao Molivann, how many have gove with him? It is a real blow. I have have also never seen to have a system to have elected member to end their mandate in half term. What kind of experiences for the new one to stand themselves in the parliament with their ennmies with long experiences? I cannot understand that system is a good role model at all especially for an opposition party because you need good and strong members to fight with other members of your opposition. I suggest that to survive next election, Mr Sam Ransy shall transfer his leadership temporary to Madam Mu Sochua now so that she has the mandate to lead the party to fight and Mr Sam ransy can come back later. THe Chinese company shouldn't get involved with Shukaku co of Yeay Phu or Lao Meng Kin ( senator ). Lao Meng Kin and his wife shall ease all their commercial businesses if he wants to carry on his official duty. NOw he has committted a crime for acting on bahalf of Chinese company to steal people lands.Many city council staffs must also go to jail for get involved with this transaction. Their role is not to steal people land and take bribery. Their role is to transfering titles for new owners if transactions are completed without having any complaints. If there is a complaint from any side between buyer and seller, then, the deal shall be call off.
Mr Lao Meng Kin shall be refered to Anti-corruption unit for his illegal representation to rip off lands from people for a foreign buyer. In Cambodian Constitution, no foreigner buyer is allowed to buy land in Cambodia. They can only buy buildings and houses but not land. Is there any lawyer in here understood about this problem? Come on you must be blinded to let it goes and let Boeung Kak people to suffer.

You suffered a great deal just like any other Cambodians of that time under the Khmer Rouge regime and yet you have not learned anything good from such suffering. As a matter of fact you have learnt quite oppositely by getting more greedy for perishable wealth and treasures.
These poor Cambodians only ask for 15 hectares of land that belong to them anyway to perform their own development in place and yet you want everything to yourself. Shame on you for being so greedy!
A great man is someone who learns to share what he has with his less fortunate countrymen and countrywomen.
I hope you change your mind by being more reasonable and allowing these poor Cambodians to have those requested land. It is so small that it will not make even a small dent on your huge profit.

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 10,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 10,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?

Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?
