នៅក្នុងជំនួបស្តីពីសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគី លោកស្រីរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសអាមេរិកហ៊ីលឡារី គ្លីនតុនមិនបានភ្លេចលើកបញ្ហាក្តៅគគុក២នៅក្នុងកម្ពុជាឡើយ។ នោះគឺការឃុំខ្លួនស្ត្រីអ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់១៣នាក់ និងបញ្ហាប្រធានគណបក្សប្រឆាំងគឺលោកសម រង្ស៊ី។ ប្រមុខការទូតអាមេរិកចង់ឃើញអ្នកទាំងនេះមានសេរីភាពឡើងវិញ។
ក្នុងចំណោមប្រធានបទជាច្រើនដែលប្រមុខការទូតទាំងពីរបានលើកយកមកពិភាក្សាគ្នា នៅក្នុងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់លោកហោ ណាំហុងនៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកកាលពីថ្ងៃអង្គារនោះ ក៏មានដែលបញ្ហាស្ត្រីអ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ និងសំណុំរឿងមេគណបក្សប្រឆាំង គឺលោកសម រង្ស៊ី។ លោកស្រីហ៊ីលឡារី គ្លីនតុនចង់ឃើញការដោះលែងស្ត្រីអ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ ហើយថា ប្រធានគណបក្សប្រឆាំងគូរតែមានវត្តមាននៅក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតឆ្នាំ២០១៣។
យោងតាមអ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការបរទេសអាមេរិក លោកស្រីគ្លីនតុនបានប្រាប់លោកហោ ណាំហុងថា ការដោះលែងស្ត្រីអ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ គឺជាសញ្ញាមួយនៃការគាំទ្រសិទ្ធិបញ្ចេញមតិ។ លោកស្រីគ្លីនតុនបានសម្តែងការព្រួយបារម្ភចំពោះការដាក់ទោសពន្ធនាគារលើស្ត្រីអ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ទាំង១៣នាក់ ហើយបានជំរុញអោយអាជ្ញាធរកម្ពុជាអនុញ្ញាតអោយអ្នកភូមិមានសិទ្ធិដំណើរការនីតិវិធីតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់។
នៅថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍នេះ ក្រុមអ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ មានទាំងកុមារជាកូនរបស់ស្ត្រីទាំង១៣នាក់ដែលតុលាការកាត់ទោសផងនោះ បានដង្ហែយកញត្តិស្នើសុំអន្តរាគមន៍ទៅគេហដ្ឋានលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី។ ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវអាជ្ញាធររារាំង។
ព្រោះតែការតវ៉ា និងសំណើអន្តរាគមន៍ជាច្រើនលើកច្រើនដងរហូតដល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រផងនោះ ចុងក្រោយនេះ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌បានថ្លែងថា លោកនឹងសរសេរលិខិតទៅតុលាការដើម្បីអោយតុលាការពិនិត្យសំណុំរឿងនេះឡើងវិញ។ ដំណើរការកាត់ក្តីស្ត្រីទាំង១៣នាក់ និងការចាប់ឃុំខ្លួនបុរសស្ត្រី២នាក់ទៀតនោះ បានទទួលការរិះគន់ពីអង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាលយ៉ាងខ្លាំង។
ក្រៅពីសំណុំរឿងស្ត្រីអ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ លោកស្រីប្រមុខការទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានពិភាក្សាផងដែរជាមួយលោកហោ ណាំហុងអំពីបញ្ហាលោកសម រង្ស៊ី។ យោងតាមប្រសាសន៍របស់អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការបរទេសអាមេរិក លោកស្រីគ្លីនតុនក៏បានប្រាប់ទៅលោកឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីហោ ណាំហុងអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការបោះឆ្នោតដោយសេរី យុត្តិធម៌ និងតម្លាភាពឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ដែលត្រូវមានការចូលរួមពីគណបក្សនយោបាយចម្រុះ។ ប៉ុន្តែ កាលពីសប្តាហ៍មុន លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីហ៊ុន សែនបានប្រកាសជាសាធារណៈបិទផ្លូវមិនអោយមានមានការចរចាដែលអនុញ្ញាតអោយលោកសម រង្ស៊ីអាចត្រឡប់ចូលក្នុងកម្ពុជាដោយមិនមានការជាប់ទោសនោះឡើយ៕

i believe one way the US can be proactive and help to make a real, lasting difference in cambodia is not so much backing on political group, instead, encourage doing all the right thing in reforming the gov't system, instill new thinking, perhaps some new paradigm shift in the way people see thing and the world, etc... leadership in cambodia should be based on good merit, educational achievement, qualifications, meeting the requirements by law, etc, etc, and not so much through privilege or connectionor what have you. because the latter encourages more corruption. all leaders and candidates of leadership should reveal their biography so people can know about them as an individual, not some strange, crazy person from somewhere who happened to have privilege and connection from the past, etc. anyone should be qualified based on not only their own rights, but through meeting the lawful requirements, etc spelled out in the law of the land. that's how it ought to be, really. and this any one country with influence over cambodia help to do that, i think, that is if they want to help to make a real, lasting difference once and for all in cambodia, really. otherwise, it's just goes in circle and natural selection takes over, survival of the fittest and strongest; well, while it's sounds good for the natural world, but in the real human world, that's not helping to solve any social issue or political issue altogether, i think.
