ភ្នំពេញ: មន្ត្រីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចយុត្ថាធិការ បាននិយាយថា ក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌បានស្នើឲ្យសាលាដំបូងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ពិនិត្យសើរើសំណុំរឿងក្តីពលរដ្ឋបឹងកក់ឡើងវិញ។ លោក អង្គ វង្សវឌ្ឍានា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ បានស្នើបែបនេះកាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ បន្ទាប់ពីលោកបានទទួលលិខិតសុំអន្តរាគមន៍ពីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋតំបន់បឹងកក់ ដែលស្នើសុំឲ្យជួយដោះលែងតំណាងពួកគាត់ចំនួន ១៥នាក់ ពីពន្ធនាគារ។
លោករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានមានប្រសាសន៍បញ្ជាក់ថា “ខ្ញុំបានបញ្ជូនលិខិតហ្នឹងទៅខាងតុលាការក្រុងភ្នំពេញហើយ ពីព្រោះអីរឿងហ្នឹងជារឿងរបស់តុលាការទេ។ ខ្ញុំបានទទួលពាក្យបណ្តឹងលិខិតនេះហើយ ដែលខាងបឹងកក់គេសំណូមពរឲ្យមានការដោះលែងពួកគាត់។ ខ្ញុំបានបញ្ជូនទៅឲ្យខាងតុលាការគេពិនិត្យឡើងវិញហើយ”។
លោករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបន្តថា “ការពិនិត្យឡើងវិញនៅសាលាដំបូងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ពិនិត្យតាមនីតិវិធីសម្រេចយ៉ាងម៉េច គឺស្ថិតនៅលើតុលាការក្រុង”។

លោកបានបន្តថា “យើងបានទទួលលិខិតសុំឲ្យមានការអន្តរាគមន៍ យើងមានការបារម្ភអំពីប្រព័ន្ធច្បាប់នៅកម្ពុជា ទាក់ទងដល់ការកាត់ទោស ដែលតុលាការកាត់ទោសអ្នកបឹងកក់ទាំង ១៣ នាក់ហ្នឹង ដែលចាប់ពួកគេដាក់ក្នុងពន្ធនាគារហ្នឹង យើងមានការបារម្ភអំពីការកាត់ទោស និងអំពីប្រព័ន្ធច្បាប់ដែលប្រើប្រាស់ទៅលើពួកគេ។ ការអនុវត្តន៍ទៅតាមច្បាប់មានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់ក្នុងសង្គមប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ដូច្នេះការអនុវត្តន៍ទៅតាមច្បាប់ទាក់ទងទៅនឹងប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការហ្នឹង គឺជារឿងមួយសំខាន់ ដើម្បីចោទ ប្រកាន់ទៅលើអ្វីមួយ”។
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ អ្នកស្រី យ៉ោម បុប្ជា តំណាងពលរដ្ឋបឹងកក់ ដែលបានចូលទៅប្រគល់ញត្តិជូនមន្ត្រីក្រសួងព្រះបរមរាជវាំង បន្ទាប់ពីចេញមកវិញ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ក្រុមអ្នករាយការព័ត៌មានថា
មន្ត្រីក្រសួងព្រះបរមរាជវាំងបានទទួលយកញត្តិហើយ បន្ទាប់មកមន្ត្រីរូបនោះសន្យាថា នឹងជួយអ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ឲ្យអស់ពីលទ្ធភាព។
អ្នកស្រីបញ្ជាក់ “ពួកខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមជឿជាក់ថា ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលទទួលរងនូវភាពអយុត្តិធម៌ទាំង ១៥នាក់ នឹងមានអន្តរាគមន៍ដោះលែងក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ ពីព្រោះព្រះមហាក្សត្រជាម្លប់ត្រជាក់ដល់កូនចៅ ឥឡូវកូនចៅកំពុងជួបទុក្ខវេទនា ប្រឈមនឹងសេចក្តីស្លាប់ហើយ អ៊ីចឹងព្រះមហាក្សត្រនឹងអាណិតអាសូរដល់កូនចៅរបស់ព្រះអង្គ”។
អ្នកស្រី យ៉ោម បុប្ជា ក៏បានបន្តថា ស្ត្រីអ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ជាប់ពន្ធនាគារ ៤នាក់ កំពុងធ្វើកូដកម្មបង្អត់អាហារ ក្នុងចំណោម ១៥នាក់ គឺអ្នកស្រី ទេព វន្នី, គង់ ចន្ថា, ស៊ុន ស្រីលាភ និងអ្នកស្រី ឆេង លាភ បានធ្វើកូដកម្មបង្អត់អាហារតាំងពីថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី១០ ខែមិថុនាមកម្ល៉េះ។ អ្នកស្រីបន្តថា “អ្នកដែលធ្វើកូដកម្មនោះ គឺពួកគាត់អាណិតកូនៗ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលចេញធ្វើការតវ៉ានៅគ្រប់ទីកន្លែង មិនមានលទ្ធផលអី អ៊ីចឹងពួកគាត់មិនអាចនៅស្ងៀមបានទេ ទោះបីជាពួកគាត់ស្លាប់ក្នុងពន្ធនាគារនោះ ក៏ត្រូវតែធ្វើអ្វីមួយដែរ”។
ជាការកត់សម្គាល់ ការស្វែងរកអន្តរាគមន៍របស់អ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ និងកុមារដែលជាកូនចៅរបស់អ្នកជាប់ពន្ធានាគារទាំង ១៥ នាក់នោះ បាននាំគ្នាទៅគ្រប់ទីកន្លែង ដូចជា តាមស្ថានទូតបរទេស ម្ចាស់ជំនួយនៅកម្ពុជា រដ្ឋសភា ស្ថាប័នព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ជាដើម។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា អ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ចំនួន ១៣នាក់ ត្រូវបានសាលាដំបូងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ បើកសវនាការកាត់ទោសកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែឧសភា ឲ្យជាប់ពន្ធនាគារម្នាក់ៗរយៈពេល ២ឆ្នាំ ៦ខែ។ រីឯបុរសម្នាក់ និងស្ត្រីម្នាក់ ក៏ត្រូវសមត្ថកិច្ចចាប់ខ្លួនឯមុខតុលាការនៅថ្ងៃនោះដែរ បន្ទាប់ពីហៅចូលធ្វើសក្ខីកម្ម ហើយបញ្ជូនទៅកាន់ពន្ធនាគារព្រៃស៕

in the case of land grabbing, etc, what cambodia really needs is housing rights for those people who are at a disadvantaged situation. that is the way to help solve all these social problem that seems to appear everywhere in cambodia due to the remnant of the KR brutal regime, of course. yes, i can agree that cambodian people need many rights law for them because cambodia went through such horrific scene in the past few decades or so, you know. so, instead of focusing on attack the gov't, the oppositon party needs to reform themselves in that sense, and redirect their good activities to demanding much needed reforms in cambodia that can take the country further into improving its social-economic sector, its judicial reforms, its education reforms, etc, etc... i mean, the list is endless due to the unfortunate circumstances cambodia and its people had to go through in the past several decades or so. so, i ask that the opposition reform themselves and their agenda to focus more on a positive improvement in the country social-economic factors more than their political agenda because there are more to cambodia than you and i, you know. cambodia can use many reforms in every sectors of both gov't and social-economic areas, etc, etc, really. wake up and smartened up, cambodia. don't let your political ambition blind you too much, be versatile and diversify in that sense, ok! there are still a lot more works to be done, of course; work is never finsihed and a continous process of life, you know. so, stop hurting cambodia by focusing on the wrong, outdated political agenda, instead, focus on improvement in all areas of cambodia, really. that's all!
cambodia should be focusing on improvement of the rule of law, instead of political differences, etc.
education should be focusing on judicial reforms and its independence if we were to help make a real, lasting difference in cambodia, you know.

This post reply to 1:29AM: You know about land grabbing and title's right, but you don't know what reform mean. Let me tell you one example-
If you don't like the way your boss treat you, you need to speak up or do something. It's the same to the opposition party. The government of CPP needs to reform the law and set a good example according to the law not above the law. For those remnant of KR, look no further than CPP itself. CPP is not a party, it's a dictator. There is no election in Cambodia, all election is just a fake for more aid from donor coutries.
In fact, the opposition try to remind the gov't because they don't to see cambodia became another Kampuchea Krom.

the problem with the opposition is that they use too much of their youn paranoia in almost every political campaign they conducted. it is as if youn is the only political issue they are focusing on. that is real stupid and ignorant. there are more to cambodia than just their youn paranoia, you know. it's getting old and outdated for sure, if you ask me, ok.
